Features
Sophisticated room booking system
We have a sophisticated booking system designed 'in house' which means we have up to minute information on availability of rooms for your function or details of future activities. Bookings can be made months in advance to ensure that you are able to reserve a room for your event.
Interactive user group information board
When you arrive at reception you will notice the interactive information screen. This display automatically updates with the latest information about current groups using the building. It also displays any other important information such as children's party details or room changes. An ideal way for you to get up to date information on the many activities available.
Internal telephone system
A member of staff is always at hand to deal with any queries you may have. Our internal phone system means you can contact them by simply using any of the internal phones located in all rooms of the building.
This is also an excellent feature, if some needs to contact you, calls can be directed to the room you are using.
Public address system throughout the building
We have a public address system throughout the building so that important information can be relayed. This feature can be disabled from any room ensuring that events are not disrupted unless absolutely necessary.
Disabled access to all areas
A lift provides access to the upper level, if assistance is required a member of staff is always available. There are full disabled facilities and specified parking adjacent to the main entrance.
Good parking facilities
Parking facilities are available in our own car parks and on the road adjacent to the club, with spaces for around 80 cars.
Our good links with our neighbours at Bowl Extreme and Cannons means we can utilise additional parking when required
ICT / multimedia facilities / equipment
Internet Access: if the function requires access to the internet, we have various PCs available to achieve this as well as direct access to the internet from any room, via both wired and wireless access points.
Emailing is also available.
Multimedia / equipment: a full multimedia package is available including video projection, TV, Video, DVD, Minidisc, CD, radio microphones and full sound systems. Flip charts, overhead projectors, lamination, photocopying, faxing are all available upon request.
Catering
We offer in house catering facilities from sandwiches to full buffet lunches. Tea and coffee available throughout the day. We can provided a complete range to suit your needs. Please ask for full details.
